Position
- Deputy Manager – Research (Information Sourcing / Legal Information Team)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with a multinational organization
- Role requires overall experience of 6+ years (as per job title)
- Experience in handling research queries or working in enquiry-based environments
- Familiarity with legal databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing journal subscriptions, renewals, and vendor negotiations
- Legal research and document sourcing including cases, legislation, and articles
- Maintaining and cataloguing legal resources in library management systems
- Handling global information sourcing queries and stakeholder communications
- Supporting procurement and subscription management processes
- Coordinating with international teams and vendors
- Leading or supporting business improvement initiatives and projects
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
