Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university or institution
And
- Minimum 12 years of experience in executive cadre in the field of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations, etc., in an industrial, commercial, or government undertaking
Additionally, preference/eligibility may include:
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labour Welfare, or allied subjects
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing personnel and human resource functions
- Handling industrial relations matters
- Overseeing administrative responsibilities within the organization
- Ensuring compliance with applicable service and labour regulations
