About the Organization
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench is a specialized quasi-judicial body established under the Companies Act, 2013. Operational since 1 June 2016, the tribunal adjudicates matters related to corporate disputes, insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and company restructuring cases within its jurisdiction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university (preference may be given to candidates with a law degree).
- Experience in administration and online data management.
- Proficiency in computer operations and system management.
- Prior experience working in fully online systems will be advantageous.

Remuneration
