Corporate Paralegal
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Law, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a legal associate or intern in a corporate setup
- Proficiency in legal research and legal document preparation
- Experience in reviewing legal documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with corporate and compliance law
- Knowledge of legal document management software (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining organized legal documentation
- Liaising with legal and business stakeholders
- Assisting in the management of corporate legal matters
