Legal Job Opportunity – Associate / Senior Associate / Counsel (General Corporate – M&A)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 2–8 years.
- Strong transactional experience in corporate law.
- Ability to independently manage complex cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Excellent drafting, due diligence, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work on matters relating to:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity Transactions
- Venture Capital Transactions
- Buyouts and Strategic Investments
- Cross-border Corporate Transactions
- End-to-End Transaction Structuring and Strategy
- Legal Due Diligence
- Drafting and Negotiating Transaction Documents
- Client Advisory and Transaction Management
- Collaboration with multiple practice teams on complex corporate matters
