About the Organization Nisje is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to serve as the principal legal adviser to the organisation and support executive leadership across corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Type / Nature of Opportunity Legal Job Opportunity Position Corporate Legal Counsel Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have: An LL.B. or JD from an accredited institution. Admission to practise law in the relevant jurisdiction. At least 5 years of post-admission experience in corporate, commercial or in-house legal practice. Experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and employment law. Demonstrated experience with FEMA, including FDI, ODI, ECBs and RBI reporting and compliance. Experience advising on Indian GST matters involving procurement, manufacturing, exports of services, input tax credit, reverse charge and foreign-entity transactions.
