About the Role

The selected candidate will support business operations by managing legal risks, safeguarding brand assets, and ensuring regulatory compliance for product-based and marketplace businesses.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing corporate legal matters, including compliance and advisory
- Handling Trademark registration, objections, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement
- Managing Intellectual Property Rights and brand protection strategies
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, influencer agreements, and partnership deeds
