Position: Corporate Lawyer
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
- Possess strong knowledge of:
- Company Law
- Corporate Compliance
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Intellectual Property Rights (Trademarks and Copyrights)
- E-commerce Laws
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate legal and regulatory matters.
- Handle Intellectual Property Rights matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal support relating to e-commerce operations and related laws.
- Assist in legal risk assessment and business advisory matters.

Stipend / Salary
- Salary: ₹50,000 per month
