Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and governance
- Experience in drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree required
- LL.M. or additional certifications in corporate law will be an added advantage
- Bar membership and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters
- Ensuring legal and compliance adherence across organizational operations
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and policies
- Managing corporate transactions
- Advising on legal risks and governance matters
- Representing the company in legal proceedings
- Collaborating with internal departments on legal processes and compliance frameworks
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies
