Position: Corporate Lawyer
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Have 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Possess strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage quality profiles through quality parameter design modules.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle client queries, case reopenings, and quality checks.
- Conduct IVR calls and ensure effective client communication.
- Prepare and publish regular audit reports for management and clients.
- Identify performance gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions to improve sales quality.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Generate leads and transfer qualified prospects to advisors.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospective clients.
