Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law.
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act and regulatory compliance.
- Strong legal research and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with corporate transactions and legal due diligence.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and business contracts.
- Handling corporate agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and vendor/customer agreements.
- Advising management on the Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
