KNG TechLaw is inviting applications for its Corporate Law Internship Program. The internship is designed for aspiring corporate lawyers who wish to gain practical exposure in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sector.

Corporate Law Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be final-year LL.B. students.
- Have prior internship experience in Corporate Law.
- Note that candidates whose internship experience is limited to litigation and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) will not be considered.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sector.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The internship offers exposure to Corporate Law matters relating to the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare industry, including contract-related work and corporate legal advisory.
Application Process
Interested candidates must email their application along with the following:
- Updated resume.
- Rate your knowledge of Corporate Law on a scale of 1–10 and briefly justify your rating.
- Rate your contract drafting and contract review skills on a scale of 1–10 and mention the types of contracts you have previously worked on.
- Explain why you wish to build a career in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sector.
- Briefly describe your previous Corporate Law internship experience and key responsibilities.
