K&G Techlaw is inviting applications from law students interested in building a career in Corporate Law. This internship is aimed at candidates with prior exposure to corporate legal work and a strong interest in corporate transactions, compliance, and advisory matters.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be currently pursuing the 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme.
- Have prior internship experience in Corporate Law (mandatory).
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in:
- Corporate Transactions
- Regulatory Compliance
- Contract Drafting
- Corporate Advisory Work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns may gain exposure to:
- Corporate Transactions
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Corporate Compliance Matters
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Advisory and Commercial Law Work
Important Notes on Eligibility
- Candidates whose experience is limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to applicants with relevant Corporate Law internship experience.
