Position: Corporate Law Intern
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to law students interested in corporate and transactional legal practice.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of Corporate Law and M&A.
- Strong legal drafting and English communication skills are required.
- Ability to draft professional emails and manage calendars.
- Familiarity with AI tools and effective use of AI prompts is highly valued.
- Prior internship experience in Corporate Law will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be sincere, diligent and willing to learn.
- Litigation experience is not required.
