The role focuses on corporate governance, statutory compliance, intercompany transactions, business expansion and post acquisition integrations. The position also involves managing board and shareholder meetings, MCA and ROC compliances, and supporting key financial functions including tax, treasury and statutory audits in coordination with Apple’s Finance teams.
