Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts
- Handling legal documentation and contractual compliance
- Reviewing and negotiating:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- EPC and Turnkey Contracts
- Professional Service Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Procurement Agreements
- Managing government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs
- Handling contracts involving:
- Software licensing
- Hardware procurement
- Cloud and SaaS services
- AI-related agreements
- Manpower and subcontracting arrangements
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Working on amendments, renewals, and contractual extensions
- Identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks
- Safeguarding the company’s interests in contractual matters
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 12–15 years of full-time professional experience in corporate legal and contractual matters
- Strong experience in technology contracts and commercial agreements preferred
Required Skills
