Position: Corporate Counsel – India Operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be qualified to practise law in India with an active Bar Admission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a top-tier law school.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in-house or with a law firm as licensed counsel.
- Corporate legal experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applicable Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated understanding of:
- Contract law
- Corporate governance
- Regulatory frameworks
