Legal Job Opportunity (Corporate Counsel)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or J.D. degree from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Membership in good standing with the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Experience in corporate and commercial matters for multinational organizations.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, and client management.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and support global business operations.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the global sales team on outbound commercial agreements.
- Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including:
- Professional services agreements
- Data and software licensing agreements
- Procurement and supply agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Assist in updating and modifying contract templates.
- Support regulatory compliance matters, including corporate, securities, and data privacy laws.
- Assist with corporate governance matters for the parent entity and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on complex commercial negotiations.
