Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- LL.B. or equivalent Law Degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
- Hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Significant experience in contract redlining and risk assessment
- Exposure to international contracts and global stakeholder management
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
- Conduct contract redlining and legal risk assessment
- Support business teams in contract execution and compliance
- Coordinate with global stakeholders on contractual matters
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance in contractual documentation
- Assist in managing complex commercial agreements and negotiations
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate legal experience
Salary
- Up to ₹8 LPA
Working Hours
- 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
