Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience.
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Strong expertise in:
- Contract drafting
- Contract review
- Contract negotiation
- Redlining of agreements
- Exposure to global stakeholders and international commercial contracts.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Managing contracts through the Contract Lifecycle Management process.
- Performing contract redlining and risk assessment.
- Coordinating with global stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Handling complex commercial agreements and legal documentation.
Mode of Work
- Work From Office
- Location: Bangalore
- Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Experience Required
- 3+ Years
Salary
- Up to ₹18 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)
