About the Role
The selected candidate will join the India Compliance Review Team and provide support across global operations. The role primarily involves reviewing expert call transcripts, conducting compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing expert call transcripts for confidential or material non-public information
- Conducting due diligence and compliance reviews
- Escalating non-compliance issues where necessary
- Researching financial reports and regulatory filings
- Managing internal and external communications
- Maintaining workflow and compliance-related records
- Supporting operational efficiency initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in:
- Research
- Compliance
- Legal support
- Operations
- Paralegal or legal assistant roles
- Analyst or editorial/BPO profiles
- Freshers with strong skills may also be considered
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Proofreading and research abilities
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
