Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Have an understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of technology processes, information security, data management, digital platforms, or Enterprise Technology Services.
- Experience working in a Second Line Compliance or Risk Management function.
- Familiarity with Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Issue Management, and Regulatory Change Management (RCM).
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Assisting in identifying, assessing, tracking, and remediating compliance issues.
- Reviewing technology controls, business processes, and risk mitigation measures for compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Evaluating regulatory changes and assessing their impact on Enterprise Technology Services.
- Supporting implementation and execution of enterprise compliance programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assisting with regulatory examinations, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
- Identifying compliance gaps and monitoring corrective actions.
- Preparing compliance reports, presentations, governance materials, and metrics.
- Conducting research on regulatory developments, emerging risks, and compliance-related issues.
