- Entry-level legal positions in the Commercial Disputes and Advisory team.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in disputes and advisory work.
- Strong drafting and research skills preferred.
- Ability to manage client communications and support litigation and transactional matters.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist on commercial disputes matters and advisory assignments.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, notices, agreements and other documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case/transaction briefs.
- Support partners and senior associates in hearings, negotiations and client meetings.
- File management and coordination with clients and external counsel.
Location / Mode of Work
- Onsite at New Delhi office.
