Position: Law Intern – Capital Markets
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be currently pursuing an LL.B. degree.
- Have completed at least two prior internships in the Capital Markets practice area.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in securities law and capital markets transactions.
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain exposure to matters involving:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), including REITs
- Rights Issues
- Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs)
- Domestic and Foreign Bond Issues
- Public Debt Issues
- Global Depository Receipts (GDRs)
- Other Capital Markets and Securities Transactions
Interns may assist the team with:
- Legal research and analysis
- Transaction-related documentation
- Due diligence exercises
- Regulatory and compliance-related work
- Capital markets transaction support
