- Prior experience in Investment Funds and Asset Management
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong research-oriented and inquisitive approach

- Advising on investment funds and asset management matters
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation and transaction-related documents
- Legal research and advisory support on IFAM-related issues
- Assisting clients across the investment and fund lifecycle
