Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be experienced in handling legal matters, preferably U.S. immigration cases.
- Be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients and attorneys.
- Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Note: A law degree is not mandatory. However, candidates must be capable of quickly developing the necessary skills and knowledge required to handle U.S. immigration matters effectively.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake interviews.
- Collect and organize supporting documents and evidence.
- Draft immigration applications and petitions.
- Assist in preparing Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization, and other immigration filings before USCIS and EOIR.
- Organize final application packages.
- Provide administrative and case management support.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients throughout the case process.

Working Hours
- Night Shift
- Monday to Saturday
Salary
- Annual CTC: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
