Eligibility Criteria
- Post Qualification Experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Relevant experience in IP litigation will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling IP litigation matters before lower courts and tribunals.
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits and other court documents.
- Case preparation, drafting of legal arguments and appearances.
- Legal research, evidence collation and coordination with clients.
- Assisting senior advocates and partners on strategy and filings.

- Onsite at New Delhi.
