Eligibility Criteria
Associate
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Senior Associate
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) on title search mandates.
- Knowledge of title search practices across additional states, including Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and West Bengal.
- Exposure to DRT/DRAT proceedings, SARFAESI enforcement, and insolvency-related property due diligence.
