Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Have 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Possess experience in Intellectual Property prosecution, advisory, and litigation.
- Have hands-on experience using the IP Online Filing Portal for various filings.
- Be proficient in conducting trade mark searches and filing trade mark applications.
- Have experience in preparing replies to Examination Reports and handling trade mark opposition matters.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Have experience in preparing pleadings and briefing counsel before the Bombay High Court.
- Be interested in working on matters before the courts in Delhi and Madras.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling intellectual property prosecution, advisory, and litigation matters.
- Managing filings through the IP Online Filing Portal.
- Conducting trade mark searches and filing trade mark applications.
- Drafting replies to Examination Reports.
- Managing documentation relating to trade mark oppositions.
- Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings.
- Briefing counsel before the Bombay High Court.
- Assisting in IP matters before courts in Delhi and Madras.
