Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate transactions, particularly:
- Investment transactions
- ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) structuring
- Conducting legal research and drafting related to transactional work
- Demonstrating analytical ability to understand and interpret investment structures
Mode of Work
- Fully Remote (Work from Home)
