Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 1 to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Prior experience in Corporate Law, M&A, or PE/VC transactions preferred

- Assisting in Corporate and M&A transactions
- Handling matters related to Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE/VC)
- Conducting legal due diligence and research
- Drafting and reviewing transactional documents and agreements
