- Required Expertise: Strong experience in handling Project Finance transactions
- Associate – Real Estate
- Post Qualification Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Required Expertise: Experience in real estate transactions and advisory work
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Advocates with relevant Post Qualification Experience as specified above.
- Candidates must possess prior hands-on experience in the respective practice areas.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on complex banking and project finance transactions.
- Structuring and reviewing finance documentation.
- Handling real estate transactions and providing advisory support.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.
Mode of Work
Full-time, in-office role.
