Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior exposure to insurance, reinsurance, FEMA, or data protection matters will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on insurance regulatory and commercial matters in India and the IFSC
- Assisting insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, and financial groups on compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Supporting transactional and advisory work relating to insurance and reinsurance businesses
