Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law school/university.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in litigation, arbitration or energy-related disputes.
- Exposure to energy, power, infrastructure or allied sectors will be an advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in:
- Handling litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters concerning the energy sector.
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal research on energy laws, regulations and commercial disputes.
- Assisting in matters before courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities and arbitral tribunals.
