Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Exposure to venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture transactions
- Good understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy laws
- Preferably candidates with experience working with startups or venture-backed companies
