Associate – Commercial Disputes Team
Mode of Work

Location: Delhi
Eligibility Criteria
- Three-year or five-year law degree from a reputed university with an excellent academic record
- One to two years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation or Arbitration
- Experience in domestic and international arbitrations involving contractual disputes and commercial litigation will be preferred
- Additional exposure to corporate advisory and IPR disputes would be an advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Drafting pleadings, replies, appeals, writs, SLPs, and written submissions
- Conducting legal research and preparing first-cut drafts
- Handling matters relating to IBC, CPC, Company Law, Limitation Act, and Constitution-related disputes
- Filing documents before courts and tribunals
- Coordinating directly with clients when required
- Visiting courts and client offices as needed

- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to work under senior guidance
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Tech-savvy approach and familiarity with legal research databases
- Prior publication or article writing in relevant subject areas
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
