Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues and communicate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of multiple areas of law, including corporate advisory and litigation
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with legal developments
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Transaction support in mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents
- Representation in corporate litigation matters such as oppression and mismanagement, shareholder disputes, and proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT
- Active involvement in matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and assisting in resolution plan evaluation
- Exposure to civil and commercial litigation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and High Courts
- Legal research, case strategy development, and preparation of briefs for senior counsel
- Client coordination and stakeholder management to ensure timely and effective deliverables
