Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.B. degree.
- Be a member of the Class of 2025 or 2026.
- Have a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Be committed, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in litigation.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before:
- Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
- Hon’ble High Court of Delhi
- District Courts
- Tribunals
- Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
- Attending and assisting in client conferences and litigation strategy discussions.
- Appearing before competent authorities and assisting with procedural and regulatory compliances.
