Associate – Corporate Practice
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a leading Indian law school
- LLM from an international law school will be an added advantage
- 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience with the corporate practice of a leading law firm
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Indian law
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Cross-border mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) transactions
- Due diligence and transaction documentation
- Managing small and mid-sized transactions with limited supervision
