Legal Job Opportunity – Associate
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice law in India.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred, though not mandatory.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting senior advocates in legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting pleadings, written submissions, legal opinions, notices, and other legal documents.
- Preparing case files, briefs, and litigation strategies.
- Analysing statutes, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Assisting in client meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attending court hearings and legal proceedings as required.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and case records.
- Participating in knowledge-building initiatives and practice development activities.
