Position: Associate – Energy, Infrastructure and Electricity Regulatory Practice
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–3 years of PQE.
- Strong and current knowledge of electricity laws and corporate laws.
- Candidates with relevant experience in electricity regulatory, infrastructure or related commercial matters are encouraged to apply.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate may be involved in:
- Reviewing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Shareholders’ Agreements.
- Filing and appearing before Electricity Regulatory Commissions, High Courts and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) in electricity law disputes.
