Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (Hons.)/ J.D. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Commercial contract management
- General corporate advisory
- M&A / PE / VC transactions or related fields
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing complex commercial contracts
- Advising on employment and labour law matters
- Conducting legal research and compliance analysis
- Collaborating with teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Audit) for policy development
- Managing stakeholder relationships including internal teams, vendors, and regulators
- Supporting cross-functional business initiatives from a legal perspective
- Standardizing and optimizing contract review processes and workflows
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
