Position: Associate – Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should:
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in litigation.
- Have experience in civil, commercial and/or criminal litigation.
- Demonstrate strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Be familiar with Bangalore court procedures and practices.
- Have proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written preferred).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis, including reviewing statutes, case laws, and regulatory updates.
- Support litigation strategy through research and case assessment.
- Manage legal matters and ensure timely handling of cases.
- Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts in Bangalore and assist in hearings, filings, and case proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court procedures, and professional ethical standards.

Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional approach towards client and court interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Word and working knowledge of MS Excel.
