Type / Nature of Opportunity

Legal Job Opportunity – Associate (Litigation)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

  • Be law graduates or advocates.
  • Have 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • Be committed to building a long-term career in litigation.
  • Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of assignments.
  • Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting will be an added advantage.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

The selected Associate will gain substantial exposure to:

  • Legal research and litigation strategy.
  • Drafting pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Attending client conferences.
  • Case management and coordination.
  • Assisting in proceedings before:
    • Supreme Court of India
    • High Courts
    • Tribunals
    • Other judicial forums
  • Contributing actively to the development and conduct of litigation matters from an early stage.

Mode of Work

  • Offline / Office-Based (Litigation Practice)
