Legal Job Opportunity – Associate (Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a 5-year integrated LL.B. degree (B.A. LL.B., BBA LL.B., B.Com LL.B., or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Be enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- Have 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Be fluent in both English and Kannada.
- Have experience handling litigation matters independently and assisting senior advocates.
- Possess exposure to civil, arbitration, and criminal law matters.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Appearing before Civil Courts, District Courts, the High Court of Karnataka, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Drafting petitions, affidavits, applications, legal notices, written statements, pleadings, and legal submissions.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs, legal opinions, and supporting documentation.
- Assisting senior advocates during hearings, arguments, and litigation strategy.
- Managing end-to-end litigation matters, including court filings, documentation, hearings, and follow-ups.

- On-site
- Location: Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (except the second Saturday)
- Working Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Skills Required
Candidates should possess:
- Strong advocacy, drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of civil procedure, court practice, filing procedures, and litigation management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Strong communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience appearing before the High Court of Karnataka, trial courts, and other judicial forums.
