Position: Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognised law school or university.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Relevant experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, preferably with a law firm or established litigation practice.
- Prior exposure to proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, District Courts and/or arbitral tribunals will be preferred.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently undertake research and prepare quality legal drafts.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and professional ownership.
