Associate – Legal Operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate Law
- Legal Operations
- Policy Research
- Strong analytical and drafting skills required
- Interest in technology law preferred
- Ability to build compliance workflows and policies
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across jurisdictions with minimal supervision
- Candidates familiar with agent orchestration and AI tools will be preferred
- Self-directed individuals with structured problem-solving skills and an interest in cross-functional work are encouraged to apply
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and maintaining legal operations documents
- Conducting regulatory and policy research
- Managing compliance workflows
- Coordinating with operations teams
- Serving as an account manager for select client engagements
- Supporting global legal teams and founders in non-advisory legal functions
