Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in Delhi District Courts
- Membership with the Bar Council of India
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and document review
- Experience in court representation and hearings
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Represent clients before Delhi District Courts
- Assist senior advocates in litigation and case strategy preparation
- Handle client consultations and ensure legal compliance
- Work on matters related to civil, corporate, and commercial laws
