Associate Lawyer
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Bar membership is required.
- Prior experience in corporate law, litigation, or intellectual property law will be an advantage.
- Additional language proficiency and international legal operations experience will be considered a plus.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and legal drafting.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal opinions and assist in litigation matters.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate legal issues.
- Handle intellectual property-related matters.
- Work on national as well as international legal assignments.
Required Skills
- Strong legal research, legal writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience in contract drafting, document review, and negotiations.
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of Indian and international legal systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
