Associate Corporate Counsel
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India
- Associate Member (ACS) with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with valid membership
- Minimum 3+ years of legal experience
- Experience in privacy and data protection laws, technology law, and legal advisory work
- Candidates with a mix of law firm and in-house experience will be preferred
- Experience working with financial services partners is an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on data privacy, technology law, corporate secretarial, and regulatory compliance matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining privacy arrangements and data-sharing agreements
- Assisting with privacy policies, consent frameworks, notices, and SOPs
- Monitoring developments in data protection regulations and assessing business impact
- Advising on privacy and compliance aspects of new products and business initiatives
- Supporting project management and documentation for ongoing privacy initiatives
- Collaborating with business, legal, product, and technology teams
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and compliance documentation

- Fixed-term role for 3 years
Additional Information
- The selected candidate will report to a Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel.
- Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and project management skills are preferred.
- The role requires close coordination with global and internal cross-functional teams.
